Community Circles
Restorative Justice Society

CCRJS is a non-profit society that provides restorative justice and conflict mediation services to individuals, groups and organizations in the central region of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We are a team of trained volunteers from a variety of backgrounds and bring a wide range of skills and experiences to our work as facilitators, mentors, and community mediators.  

The CCRJS accepts referrals from:

  • The RCMP,

  • Schools,

  • All levels of government,

  • Community organizations, and

  • Individuals.

We welcome hearing from people who have caused harm, who wish to take responsibility for their actions and are looking for help in making amends.

We also work with affected parties (victims) who want the opportunity to express how the actions of the responsible party (offenders) have affected them, and who want to be part of a dialogue on how to repair the harm.
